Hijacks driver and smashes into 3 parked cars and 2 buses

Kingsway carjacking causes traffic mayhem in Vancouver

"The carjacker caused chaos on Kingsway Avenue when he forced a woman into the passenger seat of her car shortly after 4 p.m. and drove off with the 31-year-old victim by his side."
