Need an expert! Windows 7 computer won't start

Hey guys,

So I have an HP Laptop, and when I start it, it goes to a blue screen with the mouse cursor, and nothing else

It stays like this for a long time, 30-60 mins +,

If I go to repair, it goes to the same screen, opens a repairing window and it stays like this for hours, 8+ hours actually, and I can't click cancel.

I have tried going to system restore, safe mode, every option, pressing f2,f8,f9.f10 etc on startup and everything just leads me to this damn message.

Does anyone have any tips? No matter where I go, it leads me to that blue screen with a cursor and I am unable to do anything

if you already tried all the above and still can't get into windows, better off to reformat and start fresh. you can take out the hard drive (if you know how) and backing up your files. for these kind of problem, it could be anything (registry, programs, windows related).

you're better off reformatting it than to waste your time trying to fix it...

Try tapping F11 when powering on for Factory Reset. It'll erase everything though
