I've always wondered, if an altcoin moons and a lot of people cash out, the exchanges won't have enough fiat to hand out and cannot keep up with that demand. Doesn't that mean there will be delays in the withdrawal, maybe even some lost transactions?

I don't know about there, but the sellers on localbitcoins are super expensive here! At least for smaller purchases
Looks like ATM with a 10% fee is actually the cheapest easy option for small amounts

After the WTC/China Mobile rumours, next on the block is that Bitthumb is looking to add VEN.
Great for us that already have it and a good buying opportunity for those on the fence (even if the rumour ends up false). Rebrand has been delayed until end of February though, so you won't be able to get as quick of a flip if you are a day trader.
