Local Food to mail back to Taiwan

I will want to mail some gifts to my friends in Taiwan. Something like coffee beans, jam, or tea, but has to be products of Canada.

What are some Canadian brands and where will I buy them?

And where will I go mail my stuff? Can I throw my box of gifts into the same mailing box that I mail my mails to Taiwan? Or there a special place I go to? Is there a place on UBC university's resident that I can mail?

If you're mailing a box, go to a post office. Usually a shoppers drug mart will have on in it.
