To be honest Assassin's Creed 3 really was a let down for me.

Haven't even started AC3 yet.
But it's disappointing to hear that not many people like it. I should get going on that game soon.

This trailer didn't really make me feel excited. The lead character looks too "prince charming" imo.
Reminds me of John Smith from Pocahontas.

dude, don't let people judge things for you, be the judge yourself! I loved AC I love the concept and I love the fact that it broke the FPS spell I was in when it first came out.

ac3 is still worth playing, but ezio is still the best character. and also, i do agree that the trailer is a bit uninspiring (probably the worst ac trailer).

I was still hoping AC will explore feudal japan, especially how ninja's and assassin's can easily be molded together.
Climbing those Japanese structures would be great.
But I guess they couldn't come up with a good enough story arc for that time period.

If I recall, there were rumors after the AC2 trilogy, but the developers smashed it pretty soon after.
