Its an old video and i believe its a bunch of guys filming it on their way to HIN. Its a bunch of clips put together.
The details are really fuzzy but there is an older civic hatch 97-01 blue with a b18c5 and SIR wheels doing some doghnuts in a parking lot, an ITR is filmed from far away accelerating, a clip of a supra at night drifting a corner, and maybe they started out in a yellow m3?
