S14 Zenki and Kouki gauge clusters...

So basically the gauge cluster in my car is hooped and is about as useful as a bag of hammers. The illumination and speedo are toast, and I've been curious as to whether or not I can replace my old hay-wired Zenki cluster with a Kouki cluster, just because it looks better. I was told that they won't fit or plug in or that you have to resplice everything into Kouki plugs from the Zenki harness. I can't find any solid info on the web so I'm coming to old faithful RS. Does anyone have any idea if it'll work or if I'll have to do a bunch of splicing into my harness?

IIRC the clusters are identical. Only difference is between the trim level.. SE vs LE

You mean the speedometer rates?

No. LE's have the white cluster faces whereas base and SE models were black

Well I know that, I just wanna be 100% sure that it'll just plug right in and I won't have to modify the plugs or harness at all.
