S14 Zenki and Kouki gauge clusters...

So basically the gauge cluster in my car is hooped and is about as useful as a bag of hammers. The illumination and speedo are toast, and I've been curious as to whether or not I can replace my old hay-wired Zenki cluster with a Kouki cluster, just because it looks better. I was told that they won't fit or plug in or that you have to resplice everything into Kouki plugs from the Zenki harness. I can't find any solid info on the web so I'm coming to old faithful RS. Does anyone have any idea if it'll work or if I'll have to do a bunch of splicing into my harness?

Well I know that, I just wanna be 100% sure that it'll just plug right in and I won't have to modify the plugs or harness at all.
