My fiancé and I called it right away. All they did was take the light from ground level and move it upwards.... nothing solved...

If they solved the whole problem in one go, they wouldn't have work to do in the future... so they only solved half of the problem. LOL

call me stupid, but what is the point of that traffic light? Isn't it meaningless? Even the through traffic on the off-ramp is meaningless, it's just going to cause congestion for the off-ramp if the southbound traffic is backed-up and a bunch of pricks decide to use that as a bypass for a few hundred meters.

They should've made it a clover-leaf style interchange like where Hwy 91 terminates at Hwy 99. If they even had the intention to properly solve the problem in the first place.
