Steadicam rental

Hey revsceners!!

I was wondering where I can rent or borrow a steadicam? I'm shooting a dance video tomorrow and I would only need it for tomorrow afternoon. Would anyone by chance know of any places that rents out steadicams?

Thanks in advance! Help is appreciated!

Are you looking for the whole kit or just the steadicam itself?

If you're looking for the whole kit, try this guy:

Gear « Camera Rentals Vancouver

I rent from him all the time for equipment I can't be bothered to buy myself. Good guy, but you will need to call him ASAP as he only does special appointments after a certain time on Saturday's and all day Sunday.

If that doesn't work, I have a Glidecam HD-2000 (just the camera mount bit, not the vest/arm) that you're welcome to borrow.
