It says the sale is starting at noon on the 15th, is that PST or EST? Also, is the deal going to be under the rewards > summer deal section, or is there another section I should be looking under when it starts?

I was reading on RedFlagDeals that these CPU's don't come with a warranty?
Does anyone know If this is true?
If so then has anyone had any issues with these in the past?
