Regency is great!

Make an appointment with Fred Wu. He was very helpful and accommodating.

My parents have purchased three cars from Langley Toyota now (a Prius C and two previous generations of the Corolla). They've tried going to other locations but apparently met with many of the same issues other seem to find. I'd suggest making the trek out to Langley and give them a try. Even when I was toying with the idea of picking up a FRS the salespeople were more than happy to help me out.

Worse. Stay away. There's much better dealerships in town...give Regency + Destination a try.

ok I will stay away then and go to Regency, Openroad Toyota Richmond really needs to get a new management team eh?

I remember back in the days (04-10) service was much better everytime I walked in. I noticed there are alot of new managers on site now which just makes the whole shopping experience different.

My family has bought 2 toyotas from them back then and the service was amazing because we would get to meet the senior managers each time after a deal was done
