Up for sale is this meticulously maintained, exceptionally clean 2001 Audi TT 225 quattro.

Currently with just under 127000 km's, this local lower mainland car will be amongst the nicest and most well kept examples you will find anywhere.

Stunning in graphite black over a mint black leather interior, this little economical, quick, yet practical sports car is the perfect combination of utility and fun!

I'd wanted one of these since seeing them new, but of course, the price was out of reach (well, for me!) I had seen many over the past year and none measured up - until I came across this gem. See all others before this and you will see. Adult owned and never abused or tracked.

The car has no accidents and has never been smoked in. The paint is in excellent condition, though of course, this is a 12 year old car so it's not flawless. The interior however?...I'd say that it is!

This is the top-line version with the 225hp 1.8L and 6 speed. As well, all 225's were equipped with Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive. These cars are absolutely unstoppable in the snow...with good tires, of course.

All expected power options are present. Power/one-touch windows, central locking, ketless entry, factory alarm/immobilizer, multi-stage dual heated seats, ice-cold A/C, premium Harmon-Karden 6-cd sound system, optional carbon-fiber interior trim package, tilt and telescope steering, and on and on.....Everything works as it should.

If you've not yet driven one, you'll be very pleasantly surprised at the seamless, smooth power and love the fact that these return an easy 450-500km's out of a city tank! And with the rear (split) seats folded down, you can fit a full sized mountian bike in the hatch!

The car has been fastidiously maintained. Here is a rundown of recent service/maintenance -

-84000K - front and rear brake service/pads - currently 60% front/75% rear
-92000K - timing belt/water pump service
-113000K - Haldex (Quattro) transmission fluid flush/service
-120000K - brand new Audi RS5 18" rims w/Continental all seasons
-122000K - new Koni rear shocks
-124000K - Revo stage 1 remap/tune (approx. 35hp with better turbo drivability and improved mileage!)
-125000K - new plugs, coilpacks, fuel filter and coolant flush
