I guess with the new season starting It's time for a new thread.
Talk about some good news as well Lions and Arceneaux agree to two-year deal | News1130 Quote:
VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The BC Lions and free agent wide receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux have agreed to terms on a two-year contract. Arceneaux will return to the CFL after two years in the NFL.
The club has yet to comment on the deal, but Arceneaux’s agent Bardia Ghahremani has confirmed to News1130 Sports that the deal is done.
Arceneaux spent 2009-2010 with the Leos, and recorded 130 catches for 1972 yards and 12 touchdowns in 36 career games. He also had 269 receiving yards on 17 catches with one touchdown in three playoff games.
The 25-year-old left the Lions when he signed a three-year contract with the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings in January, 2011. He was released by the Vikings in September, 2012 and claimed by the Washington Redskins. He signed with the New York Jets four months ago but was waived on May 7.
The Toronto Argonauts and Edmonton Eskimos were also reportedly in on the sweepstakes.
The signing comes at a great time for the Lions, as Arceneaux will help ease the departures of receivers Geroy Simon and Arland Bruce early in the off-season.

So uh... not a very auspicious beginning to the regular season here. 16-0 Stamps after the first quarter (two majors and a safety) and BC is just looking TERRIBLE. There's no way to sugar coat it, they look like they're all asleep. GAH.

Unfortunately a lot of the "popular sports stream" sites don't know or give a crap about the CFL (or rather, none of their "contributors" do). Hell, I had one "major" sports app on my phone, I could get Whitecaps scores, WHL scores, scores for all kinds of sports from US colleges... but no CFL.

Sick Uniforms, they look like the NFL shadow jersey's but they have orange where the white is normally.
