Left turning

What do you do if your waiting to take a left turn and right at the very end pedestrian walks they are basicly 60% there and you decide to go because its a yellow but they are still taking their sweet ass time and taunting you giving you the thumbs up is it your fault if you hit them in this case? what the hell do you do?

Make sure your vehicle has fully entered the intersection, sit there, wait until they're clear, go on about your day.

okay thanks so i did the right thing, it was just mentaly stupid cause what kind of retard taunts and takes their sweet ass time entertaining them selves holding up traffic. But if you hit a pedestrian its 100% your fault in any way right?
