Any one ever play Magic the Gathering: Online? (NOT duels of the plainswalker)

Any one ever play this? Magic Online : Magic Online : Digital Games : Magic: The Gathering
I've played the "Duels of the planeswalkers" game on steam, and a little of the real game but not this one. It looks interesting but it seems you have to pay for all your cards to make decks. I'm ok with that, as it seems pretty cheap for basic cards and what not, but I'm not sure if this version of the game is any good?

Any one got some feed back on it? I'm a bit of a MTG newbie, Im comfortable with the game but I dont know all the ins and outs, not sure if this would be too advanced?

Never played MtG Online.. but back when I played MtG competitively, I used Apprentice to play online with other people for free (and test out decks).

The only downside is that people may not necessarily own the decks they're using to play, and rules aren't enforced by the program, but rather the players.
