i think u did the right thing by keeping all the emails and having everything documented. hiring a lawyer and getting this matter settled with asap is a good move and the lawyer should be able to help u out with using that bylaw of reply within 2 weeks since u do have everything documented. nothing is more important than your kids, and best of luck.
