Did not watch the youtube, or anything TIMPO-posted, but i will say that they are MORE than capable of handling their carbon. And yes, I met Mr. Pagani and his son!

Carbotanium? because they use that in the Huayrarara

lowda9 06-27-2013 08:40 PM

wow ok so the door latch mechanism is faulty or somethings misaligned. I wouldnt label pagani with poor craftsmanship just cuz of that.

StylinRed 06-27-2013 09:08 PM

is it misaligned after all thats a video of a valet handling the car maybe the valets fucked it up somehow

What you're talking about is wet-carbon layer that usually goes on top of fiberglass hood to make it look like it was made out of carbon, how cheap ass products normally do.

I learned about carbon fiber in aerospace school, not from Initial D. Go back to playing with your hotwheels.

Um, Timpo. Before Pagani became an Automaker they started off as a Carbon fibre company called "Modena Design". They design and are consultants to Various Companies including Formula One. So "not enough technology?" Please.....

Ok I'm a complete amateur and don't know what kind of engineering backgroud you have or how much you know about carbon either...but I know that Lexus, Boeing and NASA do very well at handling carbon as well

How do you know that? Because their marketing told you so.
Dont be so quick to judge something as awesome or the best with no experience in the product or form of manufacturing when the only experience you have is MARKETING and PROPAGANDA.
Just because someone comes out with a new way to make floor mats does that make all floor mats before them or still made the old way inferior junk?

I wonder if it's the same owner as the Enzo that would park at that spot. I usually stay at the same hotel in Knightsbridge and there's usually an Enzo parked there.
