Bought this sofa from Style Garage on Hastings just east of Cambie around March of 2012. This is the GUS* Modern Jane Sofa in Billiards/Flint (dark grey colour in a very soft felt like fabric). It measures W82"xD36"xH30".

Although purchased in May 2012, it stayed wrapped up and stored until we moved into our new place in August 2012 so really, its only 11 months old.
We quickly realized after moving in that the sofa was a bit small for our space and are only now getting around to replacing it (had other furntiture priorities first).
Sofa is in almost new condition. Very little use and the use it did have was very "light" (i'm only 150lbs and my wife is only 95lbs). No wear marks, or permanant bum marks of any kind. Fabric is in excellent condition and the cushions have full elasticity.
We paid just around $2400 for the couch give or take, plus some delivery fees.
Looking for $1800 OBO Picked Up.
We are negotiable as we want this thing gone since the new couch has been ordered.
