Hi I am looking to buy a new townhome built by the Garcha Properties, but can't seem to find any review of their builds. They seem to utilize Nordel Construction to build their homes, and then pass the strata management to Davin Management. They built Altura in Surrey (144th and 64th). I'm looking at Canvas (142nd and 64th) Anyone? Thanks Advertisement
