Lease Take-over for a 2012 Ibis White Audi A4
Up for a lease takeover is a 2012 Ibis White Audi A4. There are currently about 2 years left on the lease. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to take on a short term lease on an entry level luxury car that wouldn’t otherwise be available through the dealership. I will pay for any lease transfer fees. No costs on your end.
See below for the specifications of the car and what would be included in the lease. Pictures are there for your viewing as well. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks!

SPECIFICATIONS:
Lease Expiration: October 16, 2015. (approximately 2 years remaining)
Lease Payment: $652 per month (this is the total price including taxes)
Lease Residual: $19,581 at the end of the lease should you choose to purchase the car.
Audi Care is included in the lease payments. This covers all regular and routine maintenance. What this means is that when you go for your scheduled maintenance, your bill will be zero up until the end of the lease term. The vehicle was leased from Openroad Audi on Boundary Road.
- Front Trak (Front Wheel Drive – I did not pick the Quattro because this wasn’t necessary in Vancouver)
- 211 HP 2.0 Turbo
- Add-ons to the Car include:
o 35% tint to the rear windows
o 19” x 9.5” VMR V710 Rims in Gunmetal Grey. These are wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact DWS 255/35/19 tires. I will include these with the car. I purchased this for about $2,300 brand new. Receipt is included.
o 17” Stock rims with tires which have only seen 2 days of use before I switched to the VMR’s. They are basically brand new and I will also include these with the lease transfer.
o H&R Rear Sway Bar. I will also include the stock rear sway bar with the lease transfer. This was purchased from Elite Motorsports in the US for $299. Receipt is included.
o Alu Kreuz Drivetrain Stabilizer. The stock stabilizer will also be included. This was purchased from Ecode Tuning for $399. Receipt is included.
