If they have any suspicion that you have done drugs in the past or are going to have access to drugs while you are in the states... which they will if you take a test kit, they can and most likely will ban you from going down. They have done it in the past and it has been well publicized as well.

It's my birthday on Friday!!!! So yeah! Not a good idea to shop at Tulalip on friday because of Seattle traffic, just fyi. Go to seattle and get your hotel, there are plenty of shopping places around there which are just as cheap or even cheaper as the outlets (nordstrom rack).

Think about it... border wait will probably get you across by 1230 or 1. then 1 hour + drive to tulalip will set you at about 230 by the time you get there... traffic is real bad between 2 - 630 seattle and the real traffic is always between the outlets and and seattle city center. say you shop for 2 hours will be like 430 you won't get into seattle til 630 or so if traffic is so-so. then you have to rush to get ready and go to the party. and don't forget you have to eat beforehand as well.
