you see hardwell all the time, he tours a lot, now that he was voted #1 dj his stage will be packed, more space to dance at ATB and mingle with oldschool ravers. :D

yes limited 4g usage, then unlimited after that. $10 for sim, $3/day for cheapest plan option.
