1990 honda accord with 2001 prelude engine & tranny

I have owned this car for the last 8 years and it has never given me a problem. The engine and transmission have roughly 150,000 kms on them. The body itself has 401,000 km. The car goes through 10L/100km in the city and 8L/100km on the highway. It is a 5spd standard, fully loaded with power windows, locks, sunroof, alarm, alpine mp3 player with aux cable. I have done a handful of modest upgrades over time:
-Ground Control adjustable Coilovers with Tokico Struts
-Sway-bar kit with bushings
-Brembo slotted rotors, Hawk performance pads
-18" Motegi Racing Wheels with 225/40 Hankook Ventus V12 rubber
-AEM short ram intake
-HID headlights
-Exedy clutch with lightweight flywheel
-Custom front lip
-Trunk lip spoiler
-Tinted windows
-New alternator
-New battery
I have recently done a leak-down test and the cylinder rings and intake valves are running weak, so the car is now burning oil. The door locks currently don't work due to the actuator and the front windshield is cracked. This is the reason why I'm asking for only $2800.
