Honda clutch replacement

Any places I should look at to get my clutch replaced? (including flywheel resurface)
How much am I looking at spending?

Car is an 04 civic lx

call MDA Fab, I believe they have very good pricing. You're looking at $150-250 for a clutch and probably 4 hours labour or so.
