For sale is a vintage Vitus 979 Dural mk1 road bike.
All aluminum, lugged and bonded.
Note the pinch bolt instead of the grub screw for the seat post. The pinch bolt is a better system than the grub screw.
Anodized blue. Amazing pristine condition. Photos don't do it justice. It's a bike to be appreciated in person.
It's an absolute joy to ride. Rolls smooth, rides straight, absorbs road buzz like nothing else.
Fit for a lightweight rider.
All original Shimano 600 group set. New Vittoria Rubino tires. Friction shifters. Previously serviced by Guywires Vancouver and inspected recently by Rob at La Bicicletta. Pads are brand new. Zero rim wear. Rims are trued, hubs are greased.
