Hey, just got an e-mail from them. I signed up for their card. It was free, BTW. Anyway, in the e-mail was a $5.00 gift card. Redeemable for anything except alcohol.

Costco gas is now $3.03/gal.
Heading out to skagit casino right now. Just transferred the $10.00 Starbucks groupon to card. Damn, some mighty fine eye candy at the Starbucks next to Freddy's. I may just hang out here, LOL.

Not Skagit.......... Silver Reef.

Interesting place. If you've signed up, you can get voucher for a free buffet any day before end of calendar year. Thursday to Saturday is seafood buffet. Supposed to be awesome. $24.95. For free, I'm going. Anyone who signs up can take advantage of it the day they sign up, because even though it is advertised as valid during the month of your birthday, the voucher is good for one calendar year.

MG1 - I tried looking on the site for Terra to sign up for their emails, was it in-store sign-up?

It's a good feeling.... I used my enhanced drivers license to go across the Nexus lane at Sumas. 3 car lineup.

Saved 20 minutes easy.

Yeah, what yray said. The wait time board at 8:30 - 9:00am shows a 30-40 minute wait on a regular basis for Peace Arch and the Truck Crossing on a Friday morning.

I think you're being a little generous on your times. It may project 45 mins but will be closer to 1hr. This should be true for the Peach Arch crossing.

If you go Sumas, you may have better luck.

Last Saturday I got to the border at truck crossing around 7am and the line was already at the duty free. Waited about 25 minutes to cross over. Peace Arch was even longer, according to my iPhone app "Border Buddy". I don't rely on the time posted, but just gauge it by the picture provided.

Here I am waiting lol. Note the time, it was 7:15am and the line was pretty long.

That's not a 10 minute wait, based on that picture. Not even close.

Went across today at Sumas. It was 2:00 pm and no wait times. There were four cars in the Nexus/RFID, LOL. Some people are just plain retarded. Either that or they're fricken blind. Once you're in the Nexus lane, you're hooped, but I saw that the other lanes were clear before three cars went into the Nexus lane. On the way back at Peace Arch - around 5:30 pm, two car wait with 4 lanes open. I guess I hit the borders at the right times.

Meanwhile, at the gas front, it was $3.019/gal. at Costco, Bellingham.

Hahaha yeah exactly. But I like this app because it shows a live shot. So usually when I leave the house I'll look. Then as I get closer, my wife will look again and we'll choose accordingly.

Crossed the boarder on Sunday to pick up my new snowboard. around 5 minutes in the Nexus lane at around noon and the officer just waved me right through before I could even say hi.

1 car wait on the way back in the Nexus lane on the way back, officer smiled at me and said have a good one after I pulled up with my windows down showing him my snowboard.
