Fireman saves woman from suicide attempt

The incident happened in Tongren City, southwest China's Guizhou Province, on Monday.
The woman, who's wrist was also cut, swayed and looked as if she was about to jump, before she was suddenly grabbed by the firefighter, who was wearing a rope harness.
After a short tussle, he managed to throw himself onto a ventilation unit with the woman in his arms before the pair were bundled through an open window.
The woman was reportedly taken to hospital for treatment.

China has come a long way. They actually had firefighters at the scene AND they were prepared (safety cushion + safety harness). Kudos

cool she clung to him quite well when he fell back though

cousin talked a guy down from a bridge years ago (think it was the port mann cant remember) one of his reasons for wanting to jump is that his son came out to him
