Just testing the waters to see how many offers I can get for my current laptop, as I need something lighter and more compact for classes. I upgraded my gaming desktop a few months ago and have no need for such a large and powerful laptop anymore.
It's a special ordered HP g6t-2000 laptop in online-only white. It was ordered and built last year in August 2012, used for a year and still currently being used for school. I'm OCD about all my electronics, and my laptop is no different. There are not any noticeable scratches, scuffs, bumps, dents, or any type of damage to the exterior of the laptop. It has never been dropped or handled improperly. The battery has retained all its charge as I never keep the battery in if I have the power brick plugged in if the battery is fully charged.
I have taken the utmost care with it, and it literally looks brand new. I only recently removed the keyboard plastic protector and screen bezel plastic protector. Air vents are clean of dust, cleaned frequently with compressed air, entire laptop is cleaned with antibacterial solution every day after use.
This laptop is actually quite capable, with 3rd gen Intel Core i5 and a 7670M which I was able to use on my secondary 1080p monitor to play most, if not all up-to-date games at mid to high graphics settings at 1920x1080. A very capable machine in an entry-level shell.
Main specs:
• Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
• 3rd generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M Processor (2.5 GHz up to 3.1 GHz Turbo Boost)
• ATI Radeon HD7670M 2GB
• 15.6-inch diagonal High Definition HP BrightView LED Display (1366 x 768)
• 4GB DDR3 System Memory (1 Dimm)
• 500GB 7200 rpm Toshiba HDD (replaced under warranty as I literally froze the old HDD by accident with an ice pack in my bag leaning against my laptop)
• 6-Cell Lithium-Ion Battery (good for around 4-5 hours of normal internet browsing, word processing, in power saver mode with screen brightness around 1/2 to 3/4, 6 hours maximum and yes I have tested it)
• SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-R/RW with Double Layer Support
• Standard Keyboard w/ Numeric Keypad
• HP Webcam with Integrated Digital Microphone
• 802.11b/g/n WLAN
I would really like to purchase something lighter and easier to carry around like an ultrabook, but I need to get rid of this one first.
I'm just testing the waters, so price is $650 OBO.
