By all accounts, this woman is a princess and deserves to be dumped. But on the other hand, most women want some sort of engagement ring that at least looks somewhat impressive (cubic zirconia, or not unless you date someone from a village in Asia who has no expectations except citizenship.)

ya know.. . I was one of those 'saps' that went out and purchased the ring that 'she' wanted... came out to $12k or so for a 1 carat, yadda yadda yadda pure color/clear whatever ring.

BUT... she did give birth to my daughter who is the best and most priceless gift I can ever have.

But that's the issue if I don't accpet this type of attitude and dump her 99% of other men will bit the bullet and take it. So in the end that leaves me with no one........:okay:

Asian women are in demand in this city because many non-Asians have yellow fever. Asian men, on the other hand, cannot date outside of their ethnicity as easily for a variety of reasons including culture, family pressure, etc. Moreover, you have a higher percentage of women in Vancouver who stay at home into their 20s than you find in other cities which creates a false sense of entitlement.

Yeah, I'm sorry...I really disagree with this (respectfully, of course).

I know more white chicks dating asian guys than I know white dudes dating asian girls. And, at the risk of sounding completely oblivious and naive, this "asian fever" thing is bullshit....a fad. Its like saying all white chicks want a black man. At one point, we all say it....but at the end of the say, we don't really care. You fall in love with who you fall in love with. Maybe, I haven't been ont he dating scene for awhile. Those that dont' save while living at home have no idea what's coming for them. If you are living at home you should be saving at least 50% of your income.

ive seen it in both men and women, but women take the lead from what ive personally seen

one half chooses to live at home so they can save for a house/their future(myself)

the other half live at home because they like to go to clubs/bars every weekend and act like ballers trying to impress women they don't know and never will.

I love those self entitled cunts, id always meet them at clubs lol. they'd come up to me and try to pull off the whole "your cute, wanna buy me a shot?" thing, so id make them work for it, talk to them, try not to laugh as they slur their words and ramble...id tell them when im done my drink we'll go to the bar and get tequila...id finish my drink, let them lead the way to the bar, and id walk off and start talking to a new girl who can entertain me for another 5-10 minutes lol.

Interesting observation, could be where I am living compared to you. But my friends and I have seen more asian women with non-asian men up to this point in our lives than we will probably ever see asian men with non-asian women for the rest of our lives. And I think we have a lot more years to go.

Hell I think see more asian women white male couples than asian-asian couples (not in Richmond though :D ).

My theory on why there's so much of this I think comes from the women being a lot more choosy then men are, whereas men are just being men pursing anything with a vagina regardless of race.

I spend 99% of my time north of the Fraser where the majority of second generation CBCs live. Whether it's in my building, at my local grocers, or downtown where I do my 9-5, the vast majority of mixed couples are Asian women/non-Asian males. There are not that many Asian people in Surrey and if there are, I suppose the women in that area of Metro Vancouver are less picky.
