are you looking for a regular toy poodle or a smaller one tiny/teacup?? does it have to be locally?? i know a place in Idaho in the states that breeds them and ships to Canada or Seattle and u can pick it up there. My friend bought it from them, i was going to buy mine from them too but i managed to find one locally albeit not from a breeder it was just some owner. but they specialize in tiny and teacup size so price is about 1500-1800 with shipping depending on male or female and size/color
We're looking more for a toy poodle but would be willing to check out a teacup poodle. We also would prefer a more local breeder we could drive to so that we can physically check out the puppy.
Check www.ckc.ca
For a list of breeders to contact. Also check a site called Canuck Dogs.
A lot of small time reputable breeders stopped advertising in dogs in canada magazine as Canadian revenue was using this to say that they were full time breeders and wanted them to pay taxes. Not everyone keeps good records of what we spend on the litters, usually making us break even
