Witness Needed for Hit and Run @ Poirier Sports & Leisure Complex

I know this is a long shot but someone hit my car in the parking lot of Poirier Sports & Leisure Complex in Coquitlam. The accident happened at 10:06-10:07pm on September 23, 2013.

I have a dash cam which caught the hit but unforunately for me, the cam was facing the wrong way so I was not able to catch the vehicle or licence plates.

The Car is a 2013 Scion FRS Black on Black.

If anyone could help me, it'd be greatly appreciated.
