Xperia ZL ROMS disables Data?

Hey guys, recently picked up a Sony Xperia ZL, rooted it and wanted to try out some roms. For some reason, 2 out of 2 roms have caused my data to stop working all together. I don't get the little icon on the top and just won't establish.

Tried searching online for this fix, and posted something on XDA forums to no avail. I'm only assuming it's something to do with Rogers, but I could be wrong.

I'm new to android, and this is my first android phone.

Does anyone else have this same problem? Any solutions?

Thanks

What he said. If you're installing a new ROM, then chances are it's also wiping out all your settings, which means you'll have to input APN settings for your provider.

Just google "<provider name> APN Settings"
