In other news, after Eddies comment in his post fight I looked it up and the only guy he's fought since 2010 that hasn't been a champ was cowboy. And his only other loss was against Michael Chandler for the belt, which he won the rematch a year later.
Pretty disappointed Eddie resorted to wall n stall. Totally unexpected since it's a complete 180 from his usual style

As much as it made for a dull fight, it was the only way he was ever going to beat Pettis. It was perfectly planned and well executed. Can't wait to see him get murdered by Conor 4Head

I think most people know this. It's the fact that those two eye pokes were pretty bad. I've been poked in the eye, it takes long than that to regain your composure and balance. It definitely affected him, and maybe causing him to get caught with that punch?

I can understand Werdum pulling out, seeing how two weeks to prepare for a title defense at his age is pretty risky, especially if he's not training at 100%. Makes you wonder how much negotiation was done prior to Miocic being announced.

But Cain? Common man .... The stuff he does in training too just for strength. I feel like we'll never see the old Cain anymore and that sucks
