Way to go out on a limb there, bro. :lol Posted via RS Mobile |
http://i.imgur.com/o7xLAt5.jpg Dos Santos "doesn't remember most of fight" - Fighters Only He thought he got KO'd in round 2, and has no recollection of anything past that, including the post fight interview :heckno: That would explain why he actually asked for another rematch after that :lawl: For Junior's sake, I hope he never has to fight Cain again. In fact I feel sorry for Werdum (who reportedly was looking a bit... hesitant.. watching the fight knowing he was next) and anyone else who has to fight him. |
how does this affect the heavyweight division? time to make an intercontinental belt ala WWE for #2 and below to fight for now :lol |
The only way Cain will lose is if Fedor comes out of retirement. :troll: |

So he'll fight Barnett? I honestly don't know who else is out there. |
Werdum is next on the conveyor belt.. After that you're looking at Barnett, Brown, Miocic Get ready to see a lot more of this http://usatthebiglead.files.wordpres...-bloodbath.jpg |
I think Werdum might be a better match up against Cain. JDS has awesome boxing, but you clearly can't do shit if the guy is right up close. Werdum has a more varied striking attack (since hooking up with Rafael Cordeiro) and superior jiu-jitsu. I think that alone might make Cain a little hesitant to rush into the clinch. |
still think cains dirty boxing will be too much for werdum even tho his clinch game have improved drastically and pree fuckin scary lol (ask roy nelson), cain gonna be spazzing out with hundreds of punches and TD attempts, gonna overwhelm werdum IMO |
I agree, even though JDS is extremely one dimensional, Werdum has no threat to offer. He is just going to be overwhelmed and I frankly don't see him lasting more than a couple rounds |
cain is the HW GSP except instead of take downs its cage clinch. the only way someone will beat either of them is if they catch them with a shot (JDS/serra) but they still get worked in the rematch. until they slow down, or someone much better at what they do comes along, they sit on top of the division. they both have a work output that no other fighter can match for one round, let alone 5. and they stick to that game plan for the whole fight. the way to beat cain aside from a KO is to pressure him harder than hes pressuring you. and i dont know anyone who can do that. he doesnt give you any time to set up your fight. from the opening bell hes going forward and your back will be against the cage before you have a chance to do anything about it. and if you some how circle out and move away, hes not giving you more than an arms reach of room and hes following. |
I wonder if the Machida style will work, meaning just continue to run away whilst landing a shot or two |

I'm surprised chael would agree to tuf brazil. How's he going to coach people who hate him with a passion lol Posted via RS Mobile |
I personally thought JDS was doing well in the later rounds once he started throwing the short elbows as Cain was coming in close. Perhaps he should work on those more and not swing for the fences every time... but we shall see.. I don't see a lot of other HW's beating these 2 guys |

:lawl: Show is probably gonna be like 50% non-English too.... |
they can just have a translator full time to translate for chael...i think if it's all brazilian guys and he has the talk where he explains he has no problem with brazilians, just 3 of them and the rest is selling tickets...they might benefit from some decent coaching...i'm sure 1 or 2 will get in his face ala silva for some TV time...oh and of course...for brazil!!!! |
It's going to be team USA vs team Brazil :fuckyea: Posted via RS Mobile |
Junior at the beginning of each round http://i.imgur.com/m2xUCdl.jpg The last 3 shots, he has absolutely no idea where he is |
