yep thats the one

was driving on knight street bridge south bound
exit on hwy 91, he gets off and onto the left most lane
sees me exiting for hwy 99, double lane changes,
decides he wants to egg me on and unleash my 4 cylinders of furry producing 120hp!! gets pulled over

This is a late reply, but someone sent me a link to this thread...

I remember getting pulled over that day, I was going home from a new client downtown and had never had to travel home (Surrey) from there so was unfamiliar with the territory, hence the double lane change.

I do not even remember a civic...maybe your ego getting the best of you thinking I would double lane change just to "egg you on"

Cop pulled me over because I took the curved on ramp too fast. Got a warning, no ticket, said "nice wheels" as he left. Cool guy.
