What kind of permit does one need to shove one of these in the backyard as a guesthouse (in law house)?

corollagtSr5 10-30-2013 10:52 PM

LOL thats like the ultimate club house for children. Looks pretty livable.

hongy 10-30-2013 10:53 PM

Why would I want to step on my pillow every night when I get into bed. Also can you imagine having sex in there?

xilley 10-30-2013 10:54 PM

Sex? :alone:

fliptuner 10-30-2013 10:57 PM

So the counter doubles as a step? :rukidding:

Alby 10-30-2013 11:03 PM

Pretty sure you'll be left touching yourself that night if you brought your date back to that .. err. home!
Looks like you can easily tip it over with a few guys??? :fullofwin:

My friend lived in something of similar design and structure in an apartment in Seoul. It's definitely livable. I crashed there a few nights.

FerrariEnzo 10-30-2013 11:06 PM

fliptuner 10-30-2013 11:07 PM

That lake is your toilet, also your shower/bath.

That problem doesn't concern Timpo.

Read through some of the comments, so it seems a shower head can be attached to the walls of the washroom. I guess that makes cleaning the bathroom easy.

Asia / Japanese / Korean style. As long as there's drainage on the floor, the whole bathroom can be a shower area.

too_slow 10-30-2013 11:29 PM

I'll be honest, I think this is dope..

Ikkaku 10-31-2013 12:11 AM

those stairs look a bit sketch, but I think the micro-loft looks pretty nice

kunoman1 10-31-2013 12:15 AM

Would rock it

I want to plop one right in Kerrisdale on that train track area (forgot what it's called) with all the community gardens and blackberry bushes.

AVS_Racing 10-31-2013 12:17 AM

add some skylights on top and I honestly think its not bad. I would pay 25k for it.

rsx 10-31-2013 12:41 AM

Umm. Why not just increase the roof size a bit and square it up. Trying too hard to be "cool"

I'd live in a concrete rectangular mini house for sure, but this one looks like it's been designed by an 8 year old.

Purely 10-31-2013 12:42 AM

Seems pretty cool

FerrariEnzo 10-31-2013 12:49 AM

not bad... for single person..

ziggyx 10-31-2013 12:52 AM

The house itself costs $25,000 which sounds about right for a 200 sq ft (assuming) house, but having a plot of land to put this house on in vancouver will probably cost you $$$ lol.
