What kind of permit does one need to shove one of these in the backyard as a guesthouse (in law house)? |
LOL thats like the ultimate club house for children. Looks pretty livable. |
Why would I want to step on my pillow every night when I get into bed. Also can you imagine having sex in there? |
Sex? :alone: |
So the counter doubles as a step? :rukidding: |
that looks fokkin sik m8 |
is it safe to assume the bathroom is behind the sofa? |

Looks like you can easily tip it over with a few guys??? :fullofwin: |
My friend lived in something of similar design and structure in an apartment in Seoul. It's definitely livable. I crashed there a few nights. |

I'll be honest, I think this is dope.. |
those stairs look a bit sketch, but I think the micro-loft looks pretty nice |
Would rock it I want to plop one right in Kerrisdale on that train track area (forgot what it's called) with all the community gardens and blackberry bushes. |
add some skylights on top and I honestly think its not bad. I would pay 25k for it. |
Umm. Why not just increase the roof size a bit and square it up. Trying too hard to be "cool" I'd live in a concrete rectangular mini house for sure, but this one looks like it's been designed by an 8 year old. |
Seems pretty cool |
not bad... for single person.. |
The house itself costs $25,000 which sounds about right for a 200 sq ft (assuming) house, but having a plot of land to put this house on in vancouver will probably cost you $$$ lol. |
