My whole reason for bumping this thread was the homicide statistic for the city of Surrey before the end of 2013. Then sure enough, less than 120 mins into 2014, Surrey RCMP are chalking up another stiff. Technically speaking, the homicide rate in the city of Surrey for 2014 is already on the rise. There is 19 year-old woman in the morgue already, and if you look at the pics provide by media outlets, this tragic event occurred at a fairly new building. Its pretty hard to just lean on the railing of new balconies and accidentally flip over. I think we can safely assume someone assisted in ensuring the body went over. Reports are saying she fell from the 26th floor. As they say on Monday Night Football... C'mon Man!! These posts and threads exist because the events are real. Surrey Jacks do exist. The police have one in custody right now. |

For people who believe in this sentiment obviously haven't left the lower mainland ever in their lives. There are settlements in BC that don't have CLEAN running water, municipal sewage or even electricity, heck even paved roads. |
So what you're saying is we need to cut water and electricity to lower crime rates? Posted via RS Mobile |
