Name change

Long story short, the BC Bus Pass Program somehow changed the name of my grandmother to my name. They said that they couldn't do anything about it and forwarded me to Services Canada who also couldn't do squat about it. My question is, who should I contact to get all this BS sorted out?

A clerical error they made and cannot fix? Something doesn't sound right... I'd call back and escalate until its corrected.

Try mailing or faxing them a letter and name change request. Send appropriate copies of gov't issued photo ID.

I'll most likely try to call BusPass again if nothing else comes up. Some background information I think may be connected to this situation is that I called BC BusPass program last year as well because they didn't send the bill for the upcoming year's bus pass. Guess they somehow changed her name during that call.
