i reserved bf4 at best buy in surrey central so i hope they are doing it

I have no idea why they are doing this, but it is not for the fear of having left over stock. You realize that the actual value in the cd and the case for it is absolutely ZERO. I mean if costs them pennies to make so why the fuck would they care if they have to throw out 100000 CD's?

The $60 we pay for the game is all the value of the content on that disc. And them giving that away for so cheap seems ridiculously generous to me. I'm definitely heading gonna try to grab COD.

don't you need ID to sell a used game?

I could be wrong but I presume this is how their gonna check for the 1 per customer per day

it's always been that way for their weekly trade-in promotions, 1 per customer per day. if they recognize you, they can decline. if they don't, there's nothing stopping you from doing a 2nd or 3rd trade.

they dont ask for ID, but they do take down your name and #. however, you can just use a different # and hope they don't recognize you

I wouldnt even trade BOps1 I am trading in the original gears of war. I looked it up i can buy it back at EB games for 5 bucks...lol

the reason why they are doing this is because people who are fans of these games are most likely to have purchased and finished these games by now.

I think they are doing this because it is a market reaction to the low demand for cod/ac/bf series this year. They are also promoting the trade in program at bb/fs and hoping they are your one stop shop for games and accessories.

About 15 people at the metrotown bestbuy location. Last half of the lone came in the last 10mins. Slowly growing.

At surrey. Bestbuy has a much shorter line. 100ish at fs and about 50 at bb. Come say hi and maybe budge if I don't get dirty looks lol. I'm in the Green Bay hat
