Anyone use Pulse Packages at Blaine?

Current Hagen customer but I dont want to pay an annual fee. Pulse has the same pick up rate, similar operating hours, same distance from the peace arch border.

Looking for experience at Pulse.

I have nothing to complain about at Hagens but I dont see value from the annual fee.

Have you tried using 24/7 parcel? I absolutely love it because you can pick up your package at any time of the day, just by punching in a code that they either email or text to you.
If it's an oversized package you have to pick it up during store hours, or request to put it into a room that you'll get a code for.

I use kinek point.

its $5 a box, regardless of size, and I think a pallet is $20.

Great service, super pleasant people. I have been using it for about 2 years with about 50 odd packages received, and the only problem I have ever had was a package that had my number marked incorrectly never got registered, as soon as I phoned them to ask the status they double checked and realized they had received it and even let me pick it up for free after their mistake (which wasn't even their fault...).

200+ They got letter size lockers to medium size that could fit a tire.

Any oversize items they will have to be stored in their in-person area. THey open till 8pm so is quite good even then

24/7 parcel is $3.00 for regular size items - .50 cents for added convenience, maybe.
pulse pkgs is 2.50 - for similar hours i'm used to.

To give you an idea of how big some of 24/7 Parcel's lockers are, a buddy of mine had sideskirts for his WRX shipped and one locker was long enough to hold them.

Another happy 24/7 customer here. I have picked up items at 2am and dodged major border line-ups.

How do you guys get rid of the packaging materials when at 24/7 ? Lets say you go at 2am like Roach...

Good question as I just set up an account with them.
I assumed that they would have recycle and garbage bins there for us to get rid of our packaging.
I'm expecting a small package to be delivered next week.

24/7 has garbage bins for packing materials. All they ask is that you flatten the shipping box before tossing it in.

I used to go to Hagen's but I didn't like conforming to their schedule or the 10 minute lineup/wait to receive my package.

Unless you have a Nexus, the open hours of most shipping places usually equate to hour+ border lineups.

I will gladly pay 50 cents for an hour of my time any day of the week.

I wonder if 24/7 is going to run into any problems like the Letter Carrier did last year because of Black Friday and the holidays.

They might - the sorting facility is considerably smaller.

If you're ordering multiple items, this may be the one time to stay away from 24/7.

Although this is just my guesstimation.

Thanks for the info about 24/7...
Sounds a lot more convenient than my current pickup place... Better prices and hours!! No more getting there before closing time.

Now I can just cruise down whenever free and pickup.

Thanks all!

Before their recent renovations, they already had some problems with overflow. When that happens, you get an e-mail saying your package is waiting for a locker, and that you won't be charged "overtime" for your package. Then, once some space clears up (up to a couple of days), you'll get a second email saying your stuff is in a locker as usual. If you don't want to wait, you can go during regular hours and just pick it up.

I think that they're hooped, because they're popular, but after their recent renovations, there's no more space to grow. They'll need a new facility sooner rather than later.
