as a volunteer the past 2 years, i have never askd for a tip....

It's not "required" but I think it's common sense for people to tip at least a bit Given that the volunteers are using their own gas to drive your drunk ass back.

EB, I added some people to the social group, but do we need to use it anymore? I guess we can use it to plan debriefing meetings and whatnot.

Yeah, we should continue to use the social group. I think thats a good place to arrange the rides we need to arrange in advance.
