2015 Chrylser 200

As another Chrylser driver, I feel obligated to post this.

Photos of the 2015 Chrysler 200 have been circulating the web for a bit.

Rear looks like an Audi to me.. What do you guys think?

Never thought I'd see the day where 2 separate threads would be created for a Chrysler.

Damn son they steppin up they game

El Bastardo 01-10-2014 09:37 AM

The 2015 Chrysler Sonata.... er I mean the 2015 Hyundai 200... er... oh man.

xXSupa 01-10-2014 09:43 AM

^2015 Audi 200....?

snails 01-10-2014 09:45 AM

even the current 200 is actually a decent little car, i have driven many and if its got the 3.6L with 286hp its a quick car also. unfortunately Chrysler priced the car to have much better competition and it didnt do so well for Chrysler..

now that Fiat owns Chrysler you can see the euro design shining through with every new generation!

Chryslers interiors have by far been the best improvement i noticed and this is no exception.

im kinda excited to see these things come to the lot in the spring

domestics are coming a long way as of late

my thoughts exactly except i thought it looked like the kia optima. however this is how car companies learn. i worked for hyundai while in highschool 10 years ago and i felt that all of their newer cars were starting to look like last gen hondas. most specifically the 06 hyundai sonata compared to the 02 honda accord.

however after all of that look how popular hyundai has become. i think if you are being outsold by the competitors its time to start looking at why and start doing what they do.

no different from going gokarting and copying what the guy does in front of you if he is faster than you and you want to learn why.

Looks like a VW jetta/passat hyundai sonata

Timpo 01-10-2014 04:35 PM

I'd rather have a Civic

snowball 01-10-2014 04:44 PM

The beef I've always had with Chrysler cars is that the promo pictures/concepts never look like their production models.

Timpo 01-10-2014 08:40 PM

but I still would rather have a Civic

Timpo 01-10-2014 08:45 PM

its just that civic seems like a better car overall.
that car still screams chrysler, just like buick, it has this boring old people's car taste in it.

I disagree, I think the Chrysler looks a lot more refined and sophisticated than the civic. Even compared to the new Jetta (saw them side by side at the car rental place), the Chrysler looked a lot more European than the Jetta

the current gen 200's 6 speed auto already has the "gear-hunting" problem

radioman 01-11-2014 10:00 AM

They're both ugly cars.

The 3.6 makes 283 hp.

Mr.Stubbz 01-11-2014 12:44 PM

^ ohmygod i wish i could fail your post so badly, god forbid someone be 3hp off the actual number off the top of their head

as for the car, i can see it potentially go through the hyundai/kia phase where they try something new but all it takes is for the first buyers to try it out and see that its actually good(or bad) to see where it takes there company. cus to be honest the exterior doesnt look half bad and the interior looks quite modern and easy to use
