I've spoken to people from Toronto and yes, although his conduct as a Mayor could be considered an embarrassment, people generally like him for his actual work as a Mayor. I didn't read too many articles into it but since entering office, he's been saving the city of Toronto a ton of money from your typical bureaucracy bs. With that being said, it is fairly likely he will be re-elected as mayor

I wouldn't mind having him as mayor of Vancouver... on my commute home I always look at those stupid bike lanes and remind myself that despite Mr. Ford's oddities, there are definitely worse leaders

Beyond sad but at least he lived life and was truly a mayor for the people and even tho he liked to get loser pissed and smoke crack he still did a great job.

the think i love about him is the fact that he didnt look like someone u can trust, but yet he was for the ppl
