Damn, sorry to hear. I've seen that car around Richmond and instantly took notice of the 5 lug. Hope the car is still in one piece.

it was found on woodland street Broadway area according to MDAs IG.
looks like everything was still intact thanks to a hood cable mod. Door and trunk were pried open though apparently

wanna share the tip of hood cable mod?

Reroute it. EG civics have the cable along the fender well on the outside. Run it in the bay and through the firewall.

it has been found! heres the story from MDA

Story time *** so again a huge huge thanks for @brocktcam for finding teds eg civic yesterday !! Huge man points . . . Brock was walking into his gfs place and noticed a white civic parked in the ally in the 1500 block of woolands . Aka east van a block up from the *eastvan cross** just down from a skytrain stop . He quickly jumped onto instagram and found the picture we had posted earlier that morning ! And confirmed the plate# . He starter to call our contact numbers with no luck he then turned to the t town boys . U know who u are *hugz* and you all lit up all of the mdas crews phones . Emails text it was crazy . Within mins i got in contact w brock and drove my truck down . *sorry to anyone i cut off or rolled coal on ** lol . So brock waved me down after hiding down the road watchen the car for people that would come back . We pulled up right behind it and no one came around . Doors were unlocked . Old school style theft aka broken steering colum . Pryed open door handle and glass down . It seemed they used this bar to open the trunk . *keep an eye out for ppl carring this kinda stuff * due to our rigging of the hood cable they had no luck to get it open thank gawdd . I gaver some good ol mda love and she poped right open !! And everything was still intacked ! And that about sums up the recovery now icbc and vpd do there thing an well have it back in a few days . A reminder to go buy alarms !! Add kill switches !! Unplug stuff . Quick release take ur wheel off w you. So on an so on ! A huge thanks again social media ftmfw !!

thanks to Brock who spotted it, and everyone who shared/posted/kept an eye out for it!

It was left on kingsway and st catherines(1block off fraser) from 10pm-7am. ballsy thief considering cops frequently patrol kingsway. Car was found that evening in southeast van in an alley.

I don't know if they found the guy, they haven't even released my car yet. I'll hopefully have an update Monday when icbc gets off their asses and does something.

My car was found half a block from there. Theives use an underground in te area to dismantle cars.

I was excited we found the car thanks to instagram!! an i wrote this walking into the gym , "lifting heavy things makes me even slower" no f*&ks givin ,

again a huge thank you to everyone who kept a eye out for us ! the countless friendly messages and concern was great to see !

to all the spell checkers i'll work on that on my 30th birthday , my mother believed in hooked on phonics , and we can all see how well that worked out ! less keyboard drama more going fast and looking good ;) this is still an car enthusiast site not a night spelling course ? ;)
