Shanghai for Two Nights

Does anyone have any good ideas or suggestions for "must-see" places if one will be in Shanghai for two nights?

Also, does anyone have any good ideas for good foods to try?

Thanks in advance.

Mr. and Mrs. Bund Restaurant
Restaurant at Park Hyatt

A lot of the hotels have really cool skybar/bar/lounge concepts that are worth checking out.

I spent two nights in Shanghai last year. A few ideas:

Drinks at the bar at the top of the Park Hyatt.

Dinner (or lunch or both like I did) at Din Tai Fung

Viewing the skyline from the Bund riverfront

Walking the pedestrian area of Nanjing Road (go in the evening when the local performa karaoke in public, it's kind of bizarre to be honest)

French Concession area is also a nice place to walk. Lots of stores/boutiques to browse.

Yuyuan Gardens will allow you to see the traditional Chinese architecture

go to club/bar.

pick up hottest girl you can.

get her to show you around and take you to all the food places after you bang her.

then bang her again.

leave.

Like the OP, but I only have 1 night in Shanghai, arriving around 4pm and got a flight to Japan the next day at 9am.
It's going to be a Monday night.

I'm staying at the Westin on the bund, looking for a place for an authentic Shanghainese food experience, so far my research has lead me to Fu1015... Any other suggestions?

What are some other must see spots? Don't wanna drink or be out too late given the early flight. I will likely cab the next day to the maglev station and take the maglev to PVG so I can experience that as well.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations

Didn't know you could do that. I remember cabbing from my hotel in the Bund area to PVG. It took about 45 minutes via highway with no traffic (I left early in the morning)
