If anyone else is still looking at buying it, download hola better internet as a chrome extension. Select mexico, and then connect to origin. Pay in pesos, i got the game for around $43 taxes in. Already preloaded. The page will all show in spanish but just hit the translate button on chrome.

Remember to get out of the proxy when it asks you to sign into Origin.

there's also the option to view the page in english (at the bottom of the page)
