Yeah but I always use it. Sometimes it shows in the videos, other times not.

i use fraps, n none of my vid has it, weird

since nik isn't on during the day, like he said he would .. and because CRS is a homo whose with his GF right now .. I decided to tweak my settings a bit (I've been blindly following online guides upto this point)

How I had been playing (Objects Normal, Terrain very high, Clouds off (kills FPS but vital for night play), Shadows off (draws shadows but also helps hide players + kills FPS) -- Fraps shows this scene gave me 50 FPS

Decided to turn terrain to low, and look what happens -- All the short grass that can hide a player/loot disappears and i jump to 76 FPS!
This is gonna be huge at the airfield where all the trees are surrounded by this kind of small grass that can obscure your scope/hide enemies nearby

Cranked my objects quality to max (allows you to see farther, or so I've read) and only lost ~8 FPS:

This is what happens when I try and be friendly when playing alone... Found a group of guys in Svet swearing they were friendly. I had the up on them as I was on the police station roof watching them. We were chatting and they thought I was hacking because they couldn't find me. Could have taken out 2/3 easily but I "trusted" them.. HAH! So I go down and meet them out front. Next thing I know..

Legs broken and Unconcious.. Wake up to my stuff scattered wearing a red backpack, restrained with a knife in my arm..

Lesson of the day. Nobody is friendly in groups! Wish I would have had OBS. Shit was actually pretty funny.
