BTW I would call the city and explain you forgot to put on your decal. If you talk in a diplomatic tone, they could give you a pass.

I never heard of city by-law enforcing a fine for that but then again in Vancouver they slap a orange sticker on your driver window if you got expired tags on public roads telling you to move your car or else it's getting towed.
