just picked up a vape. the smok osub 80w baby with some premium labs DR FOG juice.

was smoking like 8~ ciggarettes a day. is 3mg nic a decent amount?

and does anyone have any other recommendations for juice? so far dr fog is pretty decent.

think im more into fruity flavours.

Are you actually trying to quit cigarettes for good? If so, use 6 nic, and use the vape whenever you need a smoke. Using 6 nic might be higher than your regular consumption, but it kind of makes you hooked on to vaping first. And I think that's the goal

From what I hear it's harder for most long term smokers to switch to vaping because you inhale differently. If this is the case for you, press the button, puff out, then inhale.

most heavy smokers start at 6mg+ and work their way down to about 3mg - 0 mg. I personally think 3mg is the best as you taste the juice more and its not too heavy on nicotine. if thats not strong enough for ya (or you feel like ur going through juice too quick) up it to 6mg. most people stick with 0 or 3mg

my current ADV fave is cactus jango by Vango. local company you can find at most stores like ESV. another good one is high five by cloud connoisseurs. taste just like 5 alive juice.

Anyone have any reccomendations for a new sub-ohm/RTA tank? Been using the Hercules Plus for over 2 years, but with coils being out of production, I'm forced to switch. Looking for something that just works, no burnt/dry hits, no leaking, preferably good on coil life.

Thing about 3 nic and 6 nic is roughly the same once you're used to it. With 3 nic you'll be hitting more puffs than 6 nic, to get the nic you want. So you might as well have gone with 6 nic. But you'll likely still hit the same amount of puffs.

The way to combat that tho is to get higher PG juice. This will give you a harsher hit (if that's what you're looking for). For me, this leaves me unsatisfied, cause I won't want to vape it.

I go through about 5ml a day when I was in full time school, but now I go about 10ml a day LOL.

saw mango wango at clouds vancouver, just by brentwood mall.

was actually in the shop today and really regret going to vape street to pick my selection.

staff seemed not very knowledgeable, but at clouds guy was straight up knew everything, and told us what to avoid.

great people there.

got to try some of their house juices today and they were amazing.

well my smok tfv8 baby beast take just broke. upgraded to a flow tank, so much better imo.

ya just started vaping and my smok osub broke today! lol!!!!

the tank broke, because it has this weird swivel top? and it spins on a metal rod, well somehow this rod came loose and is no where to be found. they dont sell replacements eitther.

dropped the osub today and the latch that holds the battery in wont stay closed with a battery in it.. so thats gone to shits already lol.

when i was at clouds, the guy told me, just dont buy anything from smok cause in 2-3 months they tend to break.

the baby beast was a good tank tho, not gonna lie. coils last about 4 days tho. the coil on my flow tank prob last twice as long and cost the same

ended up upgrading to the set up i was looking for.

I just bought a geekvape ammit 25 single coil rdta. Got it from Lucky8, listened and learned about how to build it. But they used so many tools, what do I REALLY need? And where do I get wire, cotton, and the tools?

did they build a coil for you ? why didnt you just buy all the stuff there? any vape shop should carry all that. you dont need all the tools/wire if they already built a coil for ya. most places will charge $5 for a coil build that will last months anyways.

if you just need to wick, buy the shiseido cotton from shoppers and all you really need is a pair of scissors.

switching from the geekvape ammit dual, the ammit 25 is dope. havent had a leak yet and uses way less juice since its only a single coil but can still get fat clouds depending on what build you have.
